Ingredients

  • 600 g boiled potatoes
  • 2 tbsp butter or plant oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 4 pork chops (about 220 g each)
  • 2 small red onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 sprig rosemary

Instructions

  1. 1.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. In a large, hot pan with butter or oil, fry for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2.

Pat the pork chops dry, season with salt and pepper. Push the potatoes aside slightly and place the chops in the pan. Brown each side for 1-2 minutes. Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Add them with the pressed garlic to the pan, tossing occasionally with the potatoes. Reduce heat a bit and cook everything together, turning occasionally, for about 6-8 minutes. Wash and clean the tomatoes, adding them with the rosemary during the last 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve as desired.
