Ingredients

  • 4 pears
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 1 star anise
  • 0.5 cinnamon stick
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 20 ml pear brandy
  • chocolate cookie

Instructions

    Bring the white wine with about 200 ml water, sugar, spices and lemon juice to a boil.

    Peel, halve and core the pears. Place them in the liquid so that all pears are covered. Bring to a boil and remove from heat (if needed, let simmer slightly depending on pear firmness). Let cool covered.

    Whisk yogurt with honey and pear brandy until smooth. Remove pear halves from the liquid and arrange on plates. Pour yogurt over and sprinkle chocolate cookie crumbs as desired.
