Ingredients

  • 2 cm fresh ginger
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 60 g plum jam
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • cinnamon powder

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic.

    Stir together the plum jam, vinegar, orange juice, and oil; season with salt, cayenne pepper, and a hint of cinnamon. Add a little water if desired.
