- 2 cm fresh ginger
- 1 Garlic clove
- 60 g plum jam
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- cinnamon powder

Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic.
