Ingredients
- 1 kg plums (firm)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 1 star anise
- 75 ml water
- 75 ml grape juice
- 0.5 bunch mint (10 g)
Instructions

Wash the plums, pat dry, halve them, pit and cut into wedges.

Add water, grape juice, cinnamon stick, cloves, and star anise to a pot; bring to a boil and simmer gently for about 5 minutes.

Remove the cloves, star anise, and cinnamon stick. Add the plums, bring to a second boil, then set aside and let steep for 5-8 minutes. Chill the plum compote until ready to serve.

Wash the mint, shake dry, and pick off leaves. Serve the sugar‑free plum compote garnished with mint.
