Ingredients

  • 4 ready-to-cook plaice fillets
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)
  • 10 tbsp flour
  • 2 bunches mixed herbs
  • 8 tbsp clarified butter
  • salt (pepper)
  • 1 untreated lemon

Instructions

    Wash the plaice, pat dry and rub with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice. Dredge in flour, tap off excess. Wash the herbs, pluck leaves from stems and finely chop.

    Heat clarified butter in a large skillet. Spread herbs on the skinless side of the fillets and fry each side for 3 minutes per portion. Slice the lemon into wedges and serve alongside the plaice.
