Ingredients

  • 200 g Flour
  • 20 g yeast
  • 100 ml lukewarm water
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • 150 g spicy salami
  • 4 cocktail tomatoes (sliced)

Instructions

    Sift flour into a bowl, make a well in the center. Crumble yeast into some water, pour into the well, dust with flour and let rise covered for 15 minutes. Add remaining water with salt and oil and knead into smooth dough. Let rise covered in warm place for 1 hour.

    Boil tomatoes, cool, peel skin, dice, simmer with 1 tbsp olive oil in a pot until reduced. Season with thyme, salt, pepper.

    Drain mozzarella well and slice.

    Oil two pizza pans slightly. Knead dough again, divide, roll out into rounds, place in pans, shape thicker edge. Preheat oven to 250°C. Spread tomato sauce on dough. Top with mozzarella slices, tomato wedges, salami slices, drizzle olive oil. Bake pizza in hot oven for about 15-20 minutes.
