Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 20 g yeast
  • 0.125 l lukewarm water
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 200 g mozzarella
  • 150 g salami

Instructions

    Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well in the center. Crumble the yeast into a little water, pour it into the well, dust with flour and cover for 15 minutes to rise. Add the remaining water with salt and oil and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

    Blanch the tomatoes, cool them, peel the skins off, dice them finely and simmer with 1 tbsp olive oil in a pot until slightly reduced. Season with thyme, salt and pepper. Slice the mozzarella into rounds and cut the salami into thin slices.
