Pizza with Cherry Tomatoes and Parma Ham

Ingredients

  • 400 g pizza dough (refrigerated)
  • 200 g canned pizza tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 125 g mozzarella (9% fat)
  • 50 g grated Gouda
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g fresh mushrooms
  • 100 g Arugula
  • 150 g Parma ham (thin slices)
  • 50 g Parmesan (1 piece)

Instructions

    Roll the dough to baking sheet size and place on a parchment‑lined tray.

    Mix canned pizza tomatoes with tomato paste and oregano, season with salt and pepper, then spread over the dough. Cut mozzarella into small cubes, mix with gouda, and distribute on top. Bake in preheated oven at 220 °C (200 °C fan; gas: level 3–4) for about 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile wash cherry tomatoes, pat dry, and halve them. Clean mushrooms, slice, and together with the tomatoes spread on the pizza 5 minutes before baking ends. Wash arugula and shake off excess water.

    Top the pizza with Parma ham and arugula, sprinkle parmesan over it, and serve immediately.
