Ingredients

  • 300 g flour
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 1 packet dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 500 g beef fillet
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • 200 g cheese (grated)
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • pepper (from grinder)

Instructions

    Knead flour with sour cream and dry yeast, salt, and sugar into a smooth dough. Add warm water if needed. Cover for about 30 minutes to rise. Divide into four parts and roll into pizza bases.

    Wash the fillet, pat dry, and slice thinly.

    Peel garlic and finely chop. Mix with cream, cheese, crème fraîche, and parsley. Spread on the dough, top with beef slices, season with pepper, and place on a baking tray or similar. Bake covered in the grill for about 10–15 minutes.
