Pizza Pasta Bake

This pizza pasta bake is easy to prepare and tastes great as dinner, lunch, or perfect for take‑out.

Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 50 g sun‑dried tomatoes (in oil)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • olive oil (for greasing the dish)
  • 50 g Parma ham (thin slices)
  • 50 g chorizo (thin slices)
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • fresh oregano (for garnish)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).

    Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water and let drain. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Slice the mozzarella. Peel the garlic clove and press it through a garlic press. Cut the sun‑dried tomatoes into strips. Mix the pasta with the garlic, olive oil and cherry tomatoes. With a fork roll the noodles into nests and place them in a baking dish. Roll the Parma ham and chorizo slices and insert them between the noodle nests. Top with the sun‑dried tomato strips and mozzarella slices. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
