Ingredients
- 200 g tuna (canned, in own juice)
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g mixed salad (e.g., lamb's lettuce, Lollo bianco)
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 lemons
- 1 tsp capers (jarred)
- 5 tbsp yogurt (1.5% fat)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 pita breads

Drain the tuna well and flake it roughly with a fork.

Wash the tomatoes, pat dry, and halve them. Wash the salad leaves, rinse, spin dry, and tear into bite‑sized pieces.

Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings. Squeeze half a lemon for juice.

Chop the capers and mix them with the yogurt. Season with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.

Warm the pita breads according to package instructions, slit them open (not all the way through), and fill with salad, tuna, tomatoes, and onion rings. Drizzle the yogurt mixture over the tuna-filled pitas and serve immediately.
