Ingredients
- 50 g peanut butter
- 75 g American pistachios
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 300 g Skyr
- 100 g Greek yogurt
- 50 g dark chocolate
Instructions

Blend peanut butter, 50 g pistachios, maple syrup, Skyr and yogurt in a food processor until creamy. Pour the pistachio ice mixture into six molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Melt the chocolate over a double boiler. Roughly chop the remaining pistachios. Remove the pistachio ice sticks from the molds. Top each stick with melted chocolate and chopped pistachios, then serve.
