Ingredients
- 2 oranges
- 2 Grapefruits
- 3 tbsp orange liqueur
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 500 ml pistachio ice cream
- 50 g chopped pistachios

Peel the oranges and grapefruits, removing the white pith as well.

Slice the oranges into thin rounds. Separate the grapefruit fillets from the membranes. Marinate the orange and grapefruit fillets with the orange liqueur.

Dust the rims of four dessert plates with powdered sugar, then arrange the marinated orange and grapefruit fillets on top.

Divide the pistachio ice cream into four portions and place it over the fillets. Sprinkle the pistachios over the top.
