Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 10 g yeast
  • 100 ml lukewarm milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 50 g mushrooms
  • 200 g mixed minced meat
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 egg yolk
  • flour (for working)

Instructions

    Sift the flour into a bowl, create a well in the center. Dissolve the yeast in the milk, pour it into the well, sprinkle some flour over the edges and cover for about 15 minutes to rise. Knead in the eggs, sugar and 1 tbsp oil, then let rest covered for another 30 minutes.

    Peel the onion and garlic. Heat butter and remaining oil, sauté onion and garlic, add minced meat and cook until crumbly. Clean, chop mushrooms and mix in. Season with salt and pepper.

    Preheat the oven to 220°C fan.

    Roll out the dough on a floured surface, cut 6 cm circles. Place a spoonful of filling in each, fold into half-moons and press edges together. Arrange on parchment-lined tray, brush with beaten egg yolk, let rise again for about 15 minutes. Bake in preheated oven for ~15 minutes until golden brown.
