Pink Cookies

Christmas dessert: Pink cookies are perfect for gifting, bringing along, and snacking.

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 g Ground Almonds
  • 100 g coconut flakes
  • pink sugar

Instructions

    Beat the egg whites and salt with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the sugar while continuing to beat until stiff again, then fold in the almonds and coconut flakes.

    Preheat the oven to 120 °C (airflow). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

    Fill a piping bag fitted with a smooth tip with the dough and pipe flat dough balls (about 5 cm diameter) onto the tray. Bake for 20–25 minutes. Remove from the oven, carefully roll in sugar, and let cool.
