- 150 g pineapple
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- 100 ml cold soda water

Squeeze the lime. Peel the pineapple, remove the tough core, and cube the fruit. Combine with lime juice, coconut milk, and sugar syrup in a blender and blend until smooth.
