Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe pineapple
  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 2 lemons
  • 6 cardamom pods
  • 1 kg gelatin sugar

Instructions

    Peel the pineapple, quarter it, cut out the core, and dice into small cubes. Peel the mangoes, remove the flesh from the pit, finely puree, and strain through a sieve. Squeeze the lemons. Crush the cardamom pods and release the seeds.

    Combine everything with the sugar and cardamom seeds in a pot, stir, and bring to a vigorous boil over high heat. Boil for 4-5 minutes, bubbling (do a gel test!).

    Fill prepared jars with the jam, seal tightly, flip upside down, and let cool.
