Ingredients

  • 12 lychees
  • 8 physalis
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 small pineapple
  • 1 ripe Mango
  • 1 carambola
  • 1 Organic lemon

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Peel the lychees and physalis. Peel the kiwis and bananas and slice them. Peel the pineapple, quarter it lengthwise, remove the core, and cut the flesh into bite‑size pieces.

    Peel the mango, cut the flesh away from the pit, and dice it. Wash, dry, and slice the carambola into star shapes.

    Place all sliced fruit in a bowl. Rinse the lemon hot, grate its zest, and squeeze out the juice. Add the lemon zest, juice, and raw cane sugar to the fruit and mix well together.

    Serve the pineapple fruit salad in small bowls.
