Pineapple Crab Cocktail

Ingredients
- 150 g salad mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp brandy (or cognac)
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- a splash of lemon juice
- 1 pinch paprika powder (hot)
- 1 pinch sugar
- 200 g fresh pineapple chunks
- 200 g sea crab meat
- 1 chicory head
- 1 bunch chives
Instructions

Whisk mayonnaise with yogurt and ketchup. Season with brandy, salt, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, paprika, and sugar.

Cut pineapple into small pieces. Mix with the crab meat under the salad sauce.

Clean chicory and separate leaves. Arrange the pineapple-crab cocktail with chicory leaves in glasses. Rinse chives, pat dry, cut into fine ribbons. Sprinkle over the cocktail before serving.
