Ingredients
- 12 large chicory leaves
- 1 Shallot
- 300 g pre-cooked crab meat (ready to use)
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 20 ml cognac
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 50 g pistachios (coarsely chopped)
- 2 plums

Wash the chicory and pat dry. Peel the shallot and finely chop it.

Mix the crab meat, mayonnaise, sour cream, and cognac; season with salt and cayenne pepper. Fill the chicory leaves with the mixture and sprinkle pistachios on top.

Wash the plums, pit them, and slice into thin wedges. Decorate the shrimp salad with plum slices and serve immediately.
