Ingredients
- 350 g shrimp (pre-cooked and peeled except for the tail segment)
- 100 g Feta
- 4 oranges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 sprig oregano
- 1 tsp coriander seeds

Wash and pat dry the shrimp. Cube the feta. Peel the oranges and cut out the segments, catching the juice and squeezing out remaining flesh. Mix the juice with olive oil and season with salt. Wash, trim, and drain the spinach.

Tear off oregano leaves and combine them with spinach, feta, and half of the orange segments. Distribute among four glasses and place on plates. Combine shrimp with remaining orange segments and arrange beside the glass. Drizzle dressing over the salad and sprinkle with sea salt and crushed coriander before serving.
