Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 orange
  • 4 tbsp sea buckthorn-orange jam
  • 1 pack (1000 ml) vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsp coconut chips
  • Lemon balm (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel pineapple and cut into very thin slices. Place pineapple slices on a plate (best chilled).

    Juice orange and mix with sea buckthorn jam. Drizzle sauce over pineapple slices.

    Portion vanilla ice cream and put on top of pineapple slices.

    Garnish with coconut chips and, if desired, lemon balm or mint.
