Ingredients
- 1 kg egg tomatoes
- 100 ml white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp sugar

Score the tomatoes crosswise and blanch them in boiling water. Then shock them in cold water and peel. Bring about 1 liter of water with the vinegar to a boil and season with salt and sugar. Distribute the tomatoes into sterilized jars and pour the brine over them so they are covered. Seal the lids, invert them, and let cool. Flip the jars and allow them to cool completely.
