Ingredients

  • 1 kg green beans
  • Salt
  • 180 ml white wine vinegar
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Wash, trim the beans, blanch in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes, drain, rinse with cold water and let them dry well.

    Bring the vinegar with 500 ml water and the sugar to a boil in a pot. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the beans. Seal the jars tightly and sterilize in a pressure cooker at 90°C for 30 minutes. Remove the jars, take off the lids, stand them upright to cool. Store cool and dark.
