Ingredients
- 500 g pork sausage
- mustard pickles (200 g each, pickled)
- 2 red onions
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- pickle brine for cucumbers and pumpkin (4 tbsp each)
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley

Dice the sausage into small cubes. Drain and cube the pumpkin and mustard pickles. Peel and dice the onions.

Whisk vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, pickle brines, and oil; mix with salad ingredients. Let sit a bit and serve sprinkled with parsley.
