Cheese Sausage Salad with Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 300 g Edamer (in slices)
  • 300 g Fleischwurst (in slices)
  • 300 g Kirschtomaten
  • 1 bundle Schnittlauch
  • 100 ml Gemüsebrühe
  • 6 EL Weißweinessig
  • 2 EL Öl
  • 1 TL Senf (mittelscharf)
  • Salz
  • Pfeffer

Instructions

    Cut the cheese and sausage into strips and loosely mix them in a bowl. Wash and halve the tomatoes, then add them to the mixture. Wash the Schnittlauch, shake off excess water, set aside some stems for garnish, and cut the rest into rings. Whisk mustard with vinegar and vegetable broth until smooth, then stir in oil and Schnittlauch rings.

    Taste the dressing, pour it over the salad, gently mix, let stand for at least 30 minutes to absorb flavors, taste again, plate on dishes, and serve garnished with Schnittlauch.
