Pickled Anchovies

Ingredients

  • 0.5 handful parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 100 g anchovy fillets (in oil)
  • 8 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Rinse the parsley, shake dry and finely chop the leaves. Peel the garlic and finely mince it as well. Wash the chili, halve lengthwise, remove seeds and slice into thin strips. Drain the anchovy fillets and mix with the prepared ingredients and olive oil; let stand for about 3 hours.

    Serve with toasted white bread.
