Ingredients
- 185 g crab meat (1 can)
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 small garlic clove
- Salt
- white pepper (freshly ground)
- 100 g mayonnaise (add more if needed)
- 10 eggs (hard‑boiled)
- paprika powder
Instructions

Drain the crab meat, gently squeeze out excess liquid and separate into flakes. Carefully remove any shell fragments. Finely chop the crab meat.

Wash, core, and dice the bell pepper. Season with lemon zest, lemon juice, pressed garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend with mayonnaise in a mixer.

Peel the eggs, halve them, and add the yolks to the mixer. Blend until smooth. Add more mayonnaise if desired.

Fold in the crab meat and adjust seasoning as needed.
