Ingredients

  • 500 g lean beef
  • Salt
  • Cumin powder
  • onion salt
  • mild bell peppers
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 250 ml broth
  • 200 g savoy cabbage
  • 200 g Kohlrabi
  • 200 g beans
  • 200 g carrots
  • 200 g tomatoes
  • herbs

Instructions

    Cut the beef into large cubes and season. Wash, trim, and dice or slice the vegetables.

    Peel the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Alternate layers of meat and vegetables in a wet Römertopf pot, season again, and pour over the broth.

    Finally top everything with tomato slices. Bake for 90-100 minutes at 225-250°C.

    Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
