Ingredients

  • 70 ml peanut oil
  • 50 ml Soy sauce
  • 20 g tomato paste
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder (sweet)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Whisk together the peanut oil, soy sauce, and tomato paste. Stir in the chili flakes, paprika powder, and garlic powder, then season with pepper.

    The marinades works great for grilled meats. For example, brush steak with the mixture, wrap it in foil or place it in a bowl and cover. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight. Remove the meat from the marinades before grilling and let it drain. Optionally salt lightly while grilling.
