- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 350 g red mild peperoncini

Peel the garlic and press it into a small bowl with the goat cheese, lemon juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and whisk until smooth.
