- 30 g millet
- 1 tsp crushed vegetable broth
- 20 g carrots
- 20 g leeks
- 20 g bell peppers
- 1 tsp diced onions
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- Pepper (freshly ground)

Cook the millet in vegetable broth for 20 minutes. Grate the vegetables finely, then mix with the drained millet and soaked oats. Season strongly with the remaining ingredients and chill.
