Ingredients

  • 400 g penne
  • 60 g pine nuts
  • 2 chili peppers
  • Salt
  • 300 g wild garlic
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 80 g Parmesan

Instructions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Toast the pine nuts in a pan without fat. Wash and seed the chilies, then dice them finely. Slice the wild garlic leaves into strips. Add the leaves (except 4 tablespoons) to the boiling water with the chilies and let them wilt.

    Drain the pasta and immediately mix it with the vegetables, pine nuts, and olive oil. Serve with parmesan and the remaining finely sliced wild garlic leaves.
