Penne with Broccoli and Sausage

Ingredients
- 400 g penne
- 600 g Broccoli
- 1 onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- olive oil
- 250 g thin sausages
- 4 tbsp grated Emmental

Cook the pasta in boiling water with olive oil and salt until al dente.

Clean the broccoli and cut into florets. Blanch in salted boiling water, drain and shock in cold water. Peel and chop the onion. Slice the sausages into about 1 cm thick pieces. Heat a little olive oil in a large pan. Sauté the onions. Add the sausages and broccoli and sauté briefly. Add the drained pasta and stir well. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle grated cheese before serving.
