Ingredients

  • 4 ripe pears
  • 1 untreated lemon (juice)
  • 1 stalk of flat‑leaf celery
  • 200 g Scamorza (smoked cheese, sliced very thinly)

Instructions

    Peel the pears, use an apple corer to remove the core from the bottom and slice the pears into thicker rounds. Drizzle each slice immediately with lemon juice.

    Wash the celery, separate the leaves and shake dry. Reserve the stalks for another use. Layer the pear slices alternately with the cheese and celery leaves to form a whole pear and arrange on a plate before serving.
