Ingredients

  • 100 g chocolate mint leaves (for decoration)
  • 1 EL brandy
  • 150 g whipping cream
  • 150 g double cream
  • 8 chocolate mint leaves (for decoration)

Instructions

    Melt After Eight with brandy over low heat.

  2. 2.

    Whip the whipping cream and double cream, then gently fold into the melted chocolate mixture.

    Fill serving bowls and chill for 1 hour. Before serving decorate with crushed wafer pieces.
