Creamy yogurt with berries from Spoonsparrow tastes great for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 200 g Raspberries
  • 150 g blackberries
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 15 g Honey (1 tbsp)
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 500 g Yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 4 sprigs Mint

    Press the pomegranate all around, cut in half and carefully remove the seeds. Gently wash the raspberries and blackberries and pat them dry. Set aside a few raspberries for garnish. Mash the remaining berries with a fork. Stir half of the pomegranate seeds, lemon juice, honey, and vanilla powder into the yogurt and pour the mixture into 4 glasses.

    Wash the mint, shake off excess water, and pluck the leaves. Garnish the berry yogurt with the remaining pomegranate seeds, raspberries, and mint.
