Ingredients
- 2 oranges
- 2 medium ripe pears
- 3 tbsp pear concentrate
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- ice-cold mineral water (to top up)
Instructions

Squeeze the oranges.

Peel, quarter, core and chop the pears. Combine with orange juice, pear concentrate and honey in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into 4 glasses and top up with mineral water as desired.
