Ingredients
- 1 pear
- Lemon juice
- oil
- 4 sesame seed bagels (or sesame rolls)
- 8 tsp coarse mustard
- sage leaf
- 150 g Gorgonzola (well chilled)
Instructions

Rinse the pear and slice it thinly, removing the core. Drizzle the pear slices with a little lemon juice.

Spray a non-stick pan with oil and briefly fry the pear slices in batches, pressing them down onto the pan surface with a spatula.

Split the bagels open and spread mustard cream on each half. Top with a few salad leaves and place the pear slices on top.

Slice the Gorgonzola and lay the slices over the pears. Fold the bagels together.
