- 8 dates
- 300 ml milk
- 1 tbsp pear concentrate
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves (ground)

Peel, quarter, pit, and roughly cube the pear.

Slice the dates lengthwise and pit them. Blend both with milk, pear concentrate, and lemon juice in a blender or hand mixer until smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with ground cloves before serving.
