Ingredients

  • 250 g mixed red berries (strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 200 ml light grape juice
  • 4 tbsp whey protein powder (pharmacy)
  • 300 ml cold soy drink (soy milk)
  • Lemon balm
  • berries (for garnish)

Instructions

    Wash the berries and rinse them, then blend with lemon and grape juice until smooth.

    Add the whey protein powder and soy milk to the berry mixture and blend briefly. Pour the drink into tall glasses.

    Garnish with lemon balm leaves and berry skewers as desired.
