Ingredients
- 150 g mixed berries of choice (no blackcurrants!)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 300 ml milk
- mint for garnish
Instructions

Wash, clean, and dry the berries (set aside some nice ones for garnish).

Blend the berries with honey over low heat, gradually adding milk, strain through a sieve to remove seeds, then lightly whip everything until frothy (in a blender).

Pour into glasses and serve garnished with the reserved berries and mint.
