Pear Chocolate Crumble

The crispy pear chocolate crumble from Spoonsparrow nourishes our body with valuable unsaturated fatty acids.
Ingredients
- 50 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
- 70 g spelt flour type 1050
- 45 g Rolled oats
- 40 g ground almonds
- 2 tbsp strong defatted cocoa powder (14 g)
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 60 g beetroot syrup (3 tbsp)
- 2 pears
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

Coarsely chop the chocolate. Mix chocolate, spelt flour, oats, almonds and cocoa powder. Add rapeseed oil and syrup, then process into crumbs with a hand mixer’s dough hooks.

Wash the pears, quarter them, remove cores, and cut into large pieces. Toss pear pieces with cinnamon and lemon juice, place in a baking dish or six glasses, and top with the crumb mixture.

Bake the pear chocolate crumble in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan‑forced; gas: level 3) for 20–25 minutes, remove and enjoy warm.
