- 50 g hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- a pinch cinnamon
- mint (for garnish)

Peel the apples, quarter them, core and dice, then mix with lemon juice.

Chop the nuts and lightly toast them in a dry pan without browning. Combine maple syrup, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and apples. Distribute onto bowls and serve immediately garnished with mint.
