Ingredients

  • 500 g peanuts (salted or unsalted to taste)
  • 20 g honey
  • 80 ml sunflower oil
  • 100 g butter
  • salt to taste
  • 8 slices of toast bread
  • 150 g red jams (e.g., strawberry, raspberry, cherry)

Instructions

    Finely chop the peanuts in a food processor. Transfer to a tall container and add honey, oil, and butter. Blend with an immersion blender into a smooth cream. Season with salt to taste and pour into clean screw-top jars for storage.

    Spread peanut butter thickly on half of the toast slices. Cover the remaining slices with jam and fold the sandwiches together. Cut diagonally in half and serve.
