Ingredients
- 180 g butter
- 70 g honey
- 2 Eggs
- 550 g spelt flour type 1050
- 100 g Peanut butter
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper

Cut the butter into small pieces and place in a mixing bowl. Set the bowl over hot water so the butter softens. Whisk the butter with honey, peanut butter, and eggs until frothy. Add the flour and baking powder and knead the dough.

Shape walnut-sized balls from the dough and flatten slightly. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet with enough space between them. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (180 °C fan; gas level 3) for about 12 minutes until pale yellow. Cool on a wire rack.
