- 4 apples (e.g., Golden Delicious)
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 100 g blue cheese (e.g., Gorgonzola)
- 50 g chopped walnuts
- Pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 °C fan‑forced.

Wash the apples, halve them and remove the cores. Brush a heat‑proof dish with oil and place the apple halves cut side up. Mix honey with lemon juice and brush over the cut surfaces. Crumble the cheese on top of the apples. Sprinkle walnuts and season with pepper.
