Perfect for picnics, grill nights or as a party snack – the stuffed bread from Spoonsparrow is always a hit!
Ingredients
- 1 large baguette (e.g., with olives and herbs)
- 100 g Roquefort cheese
- 200 g Cream cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- 100 g sun‑dried tomatoes (in oil)
- 2 tbsp black olives (pitted)
- 2 tbsp chives
Instructions

Cut a lid lengthwise from the baguette. Remove the crust as a single piece and slice it into sandwich slices.

Crush the Roquefort with a fork and mix smoothly with the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Pat the tomatoes dry, cut them into fine strips, drain the olives well and chop them.

Spread half of the bread slices with the cheese spread, sprinkle with tomatoes, olives and chives, then place another slice on top. Reassemble in the baguette shell and cover with the lid. Arrange on plates and serve the stuffed bread.
