Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp ghee
  • 100 g Spelt flakes
  • 750 ml milk
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • 3 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 3 tbsp liquid honey

Instructions

    Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pot. Add the spelt flakes, sauté briefly, then pour in the milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the spelt is tender, about 20 minutes.

    Stir in the cardamom and shredded coconut. Remove the porridge from the heat, mix in the remaining ghee and honey, and serve immediately.
