Peach-Baked Turkey Cutlets

Ingredients
- 2 large ripe peaches
- 2 tbsp flour
- 4 thin turkey cutlets (150 g each)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100 g grated Gruyère cheese
- 2 tbsp almond slivers
Instructions

Parboil the peaches for a few seconds, cool and peel. Halve the peaches, remove pits and slice into wedges.

Place flour on a plate. Season the cutlets with salt and pepper, then coat them in flour. Heat oil in a pan and sear the cutlets over medium heat for 2 minutes per side.

Arrange the cutlets side‑by‑side in a fireproof dish. Place peach wedges on top of each cutlet and sprinkle cheese and almond slivers over them. Bake at 220 °C (top heating) for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
